In the process of digital transformation, the cleaning industry is adopting these technologies to research and implement new ways to provide cleaning services and products more effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the cleaning workforce must be familiar with the tools available to support their work. Consequently, this implies the acquisition of new skills by the employees of this sector.

Scratch is a programming language and an online community where people can program and share interactive media and a wide range of projects. Scratch programs are made up of graphical colored blocks that prevent users from using invalid combinations. Scratch ensures that beginners learn how to assemble and formulate programming logic.
